le plus vieux Richard Rogers âgé de 20 ans .
Depuis nous avons plus
de 550,00 consultantes indépendantes de la beauté à travers plus de 31 marchés dans le
monde et dans fortune 500 nous évaluons Mary Kay comme faisant parti des 100 meilleurs
compagnies pour qui travailler et cela à travers le monde . En 1997 nous étions la
28ième meilleure compagnie au décompte !!!
La phylosophie de Mary
Kay Ash ainsi que sa règle d'or est d'encourager ses associées, et faire que leurs
prioritées soient premièrement la Foi, deuxièment leur famille et ensuite leur
carrière.
Elle est une oratrice
motivatrice hors pair ainsi qu'un exemple à suivre .
En 1980 son mari Mel
décéda d'un cancer et depuis elle fit de cette lutte une cause qui lui tient
personnellement à coeur ...trouvé une cure à cette maladie qu'est le cancer.Et après
avoir été impliquée comme donnatrice depuis plus de 20 ans elle fonda en 1996 sa propre
oeuvre de charité " Mary Kay Ash Charitable Fondation " une
fondation à but non lucratf qui fourni des fonds à la recherche du cancer du sein et à
cet effet elle a reçu des honneurs comme celle du Centre hôspitalier St.Paul à
Dallas au Texas , qui nomma un pavillion à son nom : The Mary Kay Ash Cancer
Research Institute en 1998.
Elle a écrit 3 best
sellers le premier * You Can Have It All en 1995 qui devint un best seller dès son
lancement ,ensuite une autobiographie qui c'est vendu à plus d'un million d'exemplaire et
finalement * Mary
Kay on People Management qui est aussi devenu un Best Seller.
Elle est
une source d'inspiration et son but est de rappeler à toutes les femmes leur plein
pouvoir à réaliser tout leur potentiel...
